Barrington Tops-Careys Peak Track
These are a few images from a lovely hike up to Careys Peak in the rainforest of Barrington Tops National Park, NSW. It is a really great 25 km overnight walk , mostly up a very steep hill for 10km to arrive at a great camping spot at Wombat creek. It is a walk surrounded by tree ferns, lichens , nettles & all sorts of wildflowers. There are also a few great huts on the way. A beautiful walk through the fern fronds:-)
